Okay! So this is my attempt at one of Sasuke's sketches from Be My Hero, chapter 9 by dmnq8.
Such an amazing fic> [link] < Go read!
"A black eye that filled the entire page, a single tear welling along the lower lid, and the image of Naruto's face visible in the tear."
This has got to be one of the hardest things I have ever drawn! Quite possibly the hardest.
I was working on and off this for thee days!
Notes on the drawing;
Realism; I know Naruto's an anime and all.. But I couldn't draw this all anime~y lool. It's just my style and reading this fic.. I couldn't imagine it another way. Sorry~
The iris; do you know how hard it is to find a realism reference for a black eye?! Ahaha The pupil was quite straight forward but the iris D:! For that I ended up failing and trying to use my own eye as reference as I have grey/ blue-ish eyes but pffff that was hard. XD
The tear, I need to practice drawing water/glass it's tricky. Enough said.
Naruto's image; now I know it's not very visible.. But I didn't think that was really important, it may just be me but I thought Sasuke was less focused on what was physical in his drawings but more emotional.. Bleh I can't word things.
I tried to draw Naruto relatively realistic but pffffff happened. (:
The skin should be darker.. but I only really focused on the eye.. Bleh XD
If all goes to plan I should be doing the crow one next..
Anywhooo I've got a headache and typing isn't helping it so I'll hurry up, submit this and go grab some paracetamol! WOOO DRGUS!

This is amazing. It looks so realistic, it's almost as if I'm actually looking at someone's eye. Also the tear is a lot better than the little almond shape things that I try to pass off as tears.
